alright, so after a few minutes of searching, the new phone is likely to be the Samsung SPH-A513

which according to the FCC documents is a CDMA phone with EvDO

according to another site it is supposed to get up to 3Mb/s

unless someone from Helio or Samsung leaks photos though, you arent getting any, any time soon because they filed for confidentiality for 180 days at the FCC

although judging from the accessories that are already available at some sites, it will in fact be a flip phone.

thats all i have, and as i said, there still isnt any guarantee this will be the next helio, but its the one that has the most lines connecting it to Helio

They probably tell their developers and employees if anything leaks out then their butt will be kicked right out the door or some threat of the like... haha

Doubted. That's against the law here. They have them sign a NDA, then they don't need to threaten them, they just won't. They won't kick there butt either, release them, & sue them

Yeah I know that.

It's considered "Harassment" haha... you can actually get your boss in trouble if he threatens you with a "Do you want to keep your job!?"

Funny eh?
