Can anyone suggest a development environment for applications on the Ocean? I've been unable to find english language APIs for the WIPI standard that this phone uses. Either WIPI-C or WIPI-Java would do.

Helio support says, "at this time we can't make applications for the Ocean" although there are quite a few applications available. I'll give them a few weeks to sort out things and post any findings.

Yeah... seems most phone companies have at least 1 thing bad at them, some more than one (fido, rogers, bell, telus) not mentioning any names.
