I would love to journal my experience with Helio in the last 10 days. I purchased the device last Monday (11 days ago), received it last Thursday (7 days ago) and still am not activated.
I am forwarding my previous Suncom (Triton-PCS) phone number to Helio (Port Forwarding) and it has been a nightmare.
I believe I have important info that would help anyone in the future trying to transfer their number from another carrier.
And I want to rant (about the hell I have been through) and rave (about my new device). Even un-activated, it is definitely the coolest.
Please reply if this is the appropriate place to report my findings.

Sorry to hear about the hell you are going through! They always take longer with transfering the number from one service to another, So i just decided to take a new number to cut down the time, cuz i couldn't take it! But goodluck and I hope you find the helio Ocean amazing as I have.
