Does the error occur if do a different video file?
Or just this one file you are trying to convert?

since there are many codecs out there you need to find out what codec the file you are converting is using (not based on container)

No I've tried two different videos, and same thing.

How do I find out what codec it is using? I have no clue about anything when it comes to codecs and converting.

Ok ran and saved the text file...just have no clue what i'm looking at in that text file.

I called helio and they said I need a micro sd card for videos....BS...Does anyone know of a converter I can use that will allow me to convert my videos to the right files so I can play them on my ocean. A converter which I don't get errors on.

If anyone knows of one, can you please give me a link and directions on how to work it.

Thank you all for your help so far.

Well probably if you know how to work it....only problem is I have no ******* clue about codecs and I think I need to convert it to mpeg-4...I really have no clue what to do.

If someone could supply me with a converter...and instructions...that would be nice.
This phone is a huge upgrade for me, so I don't know how to do much converting.
