What error message did you get? Do you know your MPEG file's encoding?

http://www.videohelp.com/tools/3GP_Converter

unzip with winzip or winrar

When you get to configuration manager pick...

General:3GP2+ACC General Setting (w/o 3GPP2 headder)

3GP_Converter should open. Set the dropdown box to "QVGA Normal Quality 15FPS". The "QCIF" option sometimes allows for more stable framerates, but the audio often jumps out of sync.

Drag and drop any video files you wish to convert into the labeled box. They will be dumped in the folder you specified in the output directory.

there...hope that helps.

Simply install ffdshow package and this will fix the problem with any codec. On my PC 3gp Converter is converting EVERY type of video file, including wmv. Unfortunately, when it comes to SD Video converting, this program is useless for anything longer than ~30secs due to errors in video and audio glitches For normal (CIF) 3gp files it` ok, however there are much better tools for making 3gp videos.

Ok I probably sound stupid as hell...but which one do I wanna download...can I have a link and maybe a few instructions..?

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=53761&package_id =48261

I tried downloading and installing that .exe and I still got the same error message with my 3GP_converter...
