Nope, no pictures are stored in a .csv file (because it's just a formatted text file). But you can always keep a copy of your pictures on your memory card and re-apply them.

What's CSV stand for again? Comma Seperated UnkownWord?

I contacted Helio support about this issue. They informed my that over-the-air sync is currently not working (as of 6/11/2007) but said they would fix it "real soon" (yeah, as if!). I tried for 2 weeks to upload contacts to the MyHelio web site, and it always says "address book temporarily unavailable". The did promise to credit my account $25 for the inconvenience, so maybe if more people call and complain they will start to feel it in the pocket book and accelerate their response to this issue!

Do you have a contract? You can threaten to cancel!
