I think he is saying, sounds like a company with like 20 people under contract to it =]

But honestly cricket communications has some interesting deals, I'm suprised I haven't heard more about it, why is that? Are they any good for you That1TyGuy?

They are pretty good, they are constantly growing so since they provide unlimited coverage where they have service in that city it is pretty good. I like the service but the only thing I don't like about it is to upgrade your phone (those who aren't new customers) have to pay full retail price and receive no discounts. So then your paying like $300 for a new nice phone. Which I think is total BS but over all the service is good.

Yea, but usually if you contact the administration make your complaints they provide compensation. They provided me a $100 discount on my last phone as I complained and suggested alot of stuff to their PoO and he helped me out. But he said he is going to try to work out a loyalty phone program for members.

Hmm, it sounds like it has 20 people to be honest... just because if you are talking to the president... that's silly, normally it's incredibly hard to talk to them. Try talking to the president of Bell, Fido, T-Mobile, unless you know him personally, you can't just talk to him! I know first hand, i tried calling GoDaddy and getting them to let me talk to Bob Parsons... never going to happen :)

Well David Davis is the one who managed everything for me and he gave me his contact information to contact him when I have any problems. I know you cannot talk to the owner but the management team is always available and I have got in contact with AOLs management employees as well with some work. He gets things done for me as well, I usually go to management with my issues anymore.

Yea, but usually if you have complaints that are as huge and AOLs was EXTREMELY huge then usually they will be more pushing to get your problems fixed. Crickets as well was bad for them they were false advertising and I told them that and they got me a phone for helping them out and for my confusion.

You know, management is not a high rank?

You can always ask for a manager, they aren't important (they are more important than the people under them, but whatever)

I talked to a manager at godaddy, then a senior manager.... I still didn't get to talk to Bob :) or anyone else of any importance... I made it to the secretaries desk... (phone outside his room)

Sadly, none of them cared about my views that they shouldn't be overselling space, or lieing, or cheating, or having a crap tos :)

That's corporate companies these days right? So many customers they could careless if they lose 1 or 1000
