And when they accuse you, you say no? Or is their a complex way they can determine that you did indeed cheat.

I guess depending on what protocol most data goes out through.

Yea, that's wierd. I didn't think your account would automatically pop-up for review. But I once worked for an ISP that the administrators pulled up accounts using alot of usage and would send them warning if it got really high. They also had their phone reps review all information when they called or came into the store.

This past year we noticed a charge for Sprint cell phone service, neither husband nor I have ever used them (we really don't like them), so we called our bank who told us it was a pending charge, and to call Sprint to have it removed, since they charged us, they were no help since we were not their customer, so we had to wait 4 days for the charge to clear before we could do a charge back. That is the only cell related thing I can think of. IM sure it could have been much worse.
