Well the USA is raising minimum wage to like $7.50 or maybe its 7.20, I cannot remember. Anyways $7.__ something.

They keep talking about doing that, but I'll believe it when I see it. I'm not sure how the country would react to such a big change. Then Wal-Mart won't be able to get away with paying their employees peanuts.

Yea, many companies can barely get good help and having to pay sucky people $7/hr is gonna be quite hard to keep the economy up.

To look at the other side of the picture, you might find more good workers that are willing to take jobs that pay $7 rather than $5.15. The slackers might have to work harder to keep their jobs since there will be good workers chomping at the bit to take over.

Uh, I was referring to canada where minimum wage is $8. So... everyone can slack and it doens't matter... lol!
