Hey.

I recently signed up with Bell Mobility. And I've had the crappiest time ever.

First off, I bought my phone (great) they sold me there FUN 10 bundle (unlimited internet, great!) and I call them, verify like a million times that it is unlimited only not downloads. (files you gotta pay for)

When my first bill came... I HAD OVERCHARGES ON DATA!? WTF!!

So I called them up... and they said it didn't work for PDA. I got real pissed off, damn right I did.. I verified with about 5 employees!!!

Turns out, the unlimited msn and unlimited internet DONT COUNT ON PDAs!!!

Boy I was pissed, I sure made them reverse the charges though. And HOW DUMB ARE THERE EMPLOYEES!?

Let's see.... I hope it doesn't say anything about stupid employees?

Because, I was told, upon purchase... that I could use FUN 10. I spoke to 3 different people... I clarified I had a PDA. They said, yes, it's free!

I went, yipeee! Unlimited HTTP Data.... apparently not.

So service agreement is silly if that's in it.. there agents are retarded. I don't like my phone as much anymore.

Big cell phone companies generally have many small departments, this is an obvious case of misinformation. They need to have a better way to communicate, and a better knowledgebase as mistakes like this should not happen.

Many times I think they just hire those people off the street as like every company no one knows anything. It is pretty sad when a customer knows more about the company than the employee does but most of the time they just get a list of FAQs and then they answer peoples questions off of that or just guess.

Yeah,

When I was at the store I saw they had some site called "Bell InfoNet" or something, that's where they signed me up on and stuff. I assume it's a HUGE EMPLOYEE website containing, faqs, knowledgebase, customer info... everything.

Sadly I agree with you. Cut costs, so cut the level of intelligent employees.

Employees aren't intelligent most places you go. That's because they pay cheap, and they don't get any canditates with education. They are all working in office buildings making sacks of money (if you have education...) you sure as hell won't be working at a cell phone company answering the phones.

lol

Most definitely, may companies make it look like you need to qualified but most of the time they accept people no matter your status.
