I wanted to boost my Airport Extreme signal to my MacPro. QuickerTeck sells a booster antennas for both, promising a significant improvement in performance. After installing the antenna in the MacPro I experience poorer performance than the original. I reviewed the problem with QuickerTek and they had no answer to solve the problem. I requested a return authorization since the product did not work, which they gave me.

The issue is not the 10% restocking fee, but the fact that they will not refund the balance. It is not noted anywhere on their web site that they do not refund, only on the back of the invoice for payment. I have no need for any of their other products and if I do not use the credit within 30 days I lose it.

I cannot recommend doing business with this company

what a bad retailer to do biz with. I do however have luck with QuickerTeck and my mac pro, i found out setting my airport (access point) channel to 3 rather than default 11 helps A LOT!
