Work - sadly, on windows.
Gaming - on windows, but need to get back into the swing of it.
Chatter - I am a communications freak, so Trillian is always running or Xchat.

My machine is down for the random power outage with a large storm, or an update (stupid updates) - I have managed to keep XP up over for 80 days straight though, I should get some points for that.

Mine is for Internet, Work, School, and sometimes gaming.

But the internet is what I'm usually on whether it be email, chatting, or be browsing or doing tasks.

I really just wish I could do my work stuff via *nix and just keep windows up for gaming only. It bothers me that I miss all my sexy back rounds cuz its on windows and not something sweet instead.

I think mine is pretty much the same, however my work requires a lot communication so I would change my list to:

- Work - I use Ubuntu
- Communication - I use Windows or Ubuntu
- Gaming - I use Windows or Ubuntu
- Socialising - I use Ubuntu mainly, sometimes Windows

The number one reason why I use my computer is for schoolwork and paper writing.

My number two reason is so that I can socialize with some old friends that I wouldn't get to talk to otherwise.

My number three reason is actually just to surf a bit. I love the internet!

Yea, I'm getting a new computer for my school work they will be separate computers. School work on Mac, fun and socializing on Windows.

I use computer for work and making money online. And of course i won a internet cafe and computer is one way of where i get earnings. And i graduated in computer science so computer is pretty much part of my life.

At home, I have my laptop and my desktop. My desktop is only for gaming and doesn't have anything else setup except gaming stuff. It runs Windows XP Pro. My laptop also runs Windows XP pro, but it has VMware, and I also run Linux. I use my laptop for e-mail and business stuff. Also near my desk, I have a PC turned router, and 2 servers. I use both of those for testing purposes. At the office, I have two pcs. One runs CentOS, and the other runs Windows XP.
