What is your favorite messaging platform?

I like AIM for the most part since I use it more. I use AOL which has AIM built in.

I mostly use Yahoo and AIM for instant messaging, but I use Trillian to connect to both.

i gave up trying to stick to one messaging service

i came to the conclusion that the people i wanted to talk to were spread across all their own platforms so, instead of trying to make them change, i would just get an ID for all of them

which initially meant that i had to have the individual software for each IM program installed, and eating up system resources.

now, for about 2 years now, i, like chris, use Trillian, and it is a blessing

I actually use all of them with AdiumX (multi protocol client) on PC i use GAIM

I've used GAIM a few times, I just never really liked it as much as Trillian.

i have used GAIM every time i installed linux, i know they have a windows client too, but i just prefer Trillian
