Bell South, Charter, Cox - they are all evil in their own right. Give them time.

Cox, is just ughhhh they talk on TV like they are good but when I have the scenarios they talk about on TV it never works out right so it tells they just BS on their commercials.

Mine is a local hometown provider. They also have the monopoly currently, so I'm stuck with them. I'd really like to get a nice fiber at home. I would like to host a few game servers and stuff out of my house. Right now with my current ISP, I only get 1.0 Mbps of upload which isn't enough for any type of serving. I got a nice download though 9.0 Mbps.

Anyone can talk good on TV, its scripted! Seriously though, I have yet to find any company thats worth the $ and treats their clients decent.

My favorite is Cox (cox.net) for $40 a month.
They are giving me a 12 mbps (I think that's the right acronym) connection with large email accounts.

I am using AT&T and i am satisfied with it. My internet speed is just enough for a zero-lag surfing and not really built for downloads especially uploads.

I wish I could compare ISPs but I'm stuck with Rogers at my house. They're not HORRIBLE, but when service outages strike you're better off trying to fix it yourself than calling customer service. Eesh.
