Thats me, I have no real use for anything apple related. I don't really care for the iPhone (I think its ugly really), and I don't like Macs. Is there any reason for someone that doesn't do graphics to use a Mac? Just curious. Thanks.

Well, I game a lot, and most games are released for Windows pcs, and the reason for that was because the Macs used to use different processors. Now the macs have intel processors just like regular windows pc's so, now software can be released for both the mac and windows. When the macs had there own set of processors, it used to make it to where software developers wouldn't spend the extra money to develop the software to work on the macs and so most software stopped getting released for the mac. I've messed with a mac, and I've tried it, and I don't like it. I tried Linux too, and I'm a serious geek, but I still prefer windows. There are people in both camps, and there are pros and cons for everything. Basically, it boils down to what is right for you? For me, windows is right for me, for you, something else might be better.

i have never owned a mac, in fact, until last night when i went to Best Buy with a friend to pick up her copy of Halo 3, i had never touched a mac, however, after seeing the MacBook, and the amazing battery life of it, i want one, NOW! lol

and Apple has always had the best media devices, and the iPhone is amazing, i sold my iPod fifth gen to get a Zune, i wish i has never done that.

I used Macs in high school, because that's what they had at the school, but that's pretty much the only time that I have ever touched one. I am not much of a Mac person, but I am a big fan of the iPods. That's pretty much the only thing from Apple that I use.

Macs are becoming bigger with there bigger partnerships with like all the different game companies so they will begin making games both in Windows and Mac but I like to work with Mac to do professional type stuff if school would be considered professional I guess work type stuff.
