I'm all for the iPod Touch. I don't really have the need for a dedicated music/video player, however, the extra features you can use on the Touch might be worth it.

Yea, I thought it was very cool. It reminded me of the Microsoft Desk or whatever they called it with the finger motions. Where they have the table top, I would personally like to play with one, some hopefully they put demo ones in the store like they did with the old iPods.

I saw these posted on another forum and they all look interesting.

I think I would need hands on before I made a choice though

Yea they made it so the iPod Nano has Video now so now they all basically have the same features except the touch. Just the space difference.

i want a touch because i am willing to wager the 3rd party apps/hacking community for it are going to be effing huge

but at the same time i want an iPod cl***ic for the 40 hour battery life and the 160GB hdd

also, when it comes to the iPod Touch its really hard to choose it over the iPhone because the 16GB touch is now the same price as the 8GB iPhone the only difference is that the iPhone has lots of other features including the ability to make and receive calls, and WWAN access (even though its slow *** edge)

so i think i'd like to have the 160GB iPod Cl***ic until they come out with an EV-DO 16 or more GB iPhone

thats just if i had my druthers

Yea, I noticed they upgraded the Nanos for video so that was kind of nice. But yea the Classics have killer amount of memory. Kind of depends if you want it for show or for the space...

I don't think that I can make a choice yet, just because I have not tried out the Touch. I really like the Classic iPod, but I guess that I will have to get some hands-on experience with the iPod Touch before I decide which I prefer.

Yea, I think the iPod touch would be a neat experience yet it wouldn't be a neat experience very long since it would easily become something that comes natural and not that interesting anymore.
