How do these verified paypal accounts work? If it is unverified you can put money in but not transfer money to like other people?

no, with a unverified account you can still send and recieve money. however there is a cap. but the cap is in the thousands and hundreds per month.

If you want to transfer money to your bank youll have to be verified but you can be verified by adding a bank account lol

One of the benifits of having a verified account is that you can get a PayPal debit card. It's nice having one because it gives you instant access to your cash.
