What do you listen to? I can manage just about anything, except new country (icky) or opera (and only b/c I don't have the time to learn and appreciate it more). I can go from tech, to rap, to jazz - doesn't really matter but I always need music around or I get bored, even just for back round noise. So whats on your player now? I have some Amos playing now.

I like various different stuff but hardly any rap.

it depends on what i am doing, i dont listen to gospel, country, or classical ever, but i probably have something from just about every other genre in my library, i love music. the biggest part of my collection is hip-hop, seconded by newer rock and alternative music, after that its a giant question mark what everything else is.

when i am writing, i usually listen to rap, when i am in a hurry, or playing video games, its rock, fast rock too.

when i am drinking or just relaxing, its usually classic rock and other oldies or some slow, low beat hip hop.
