Well I don't know about Helio but my phone provider is able to load the contacts for me as they keep it in their database or something. they told me they can move contacts from one phone to the next and also get all my contacts for me. So maybe go to your local helio dealer and see what they can do?

Yes, but from what I gather, he is trying to get his contacts from his phone, to his PC... is that right?

Yea, they may be able to get a copy for you. But they may not... I have never asked my provider to, but I'm sure if I asked they may be able to email be a copy. But other than that I don't know much except emailing the V-Card to an email address in a text message.

For future reference, you can export your Ocean contacts to a .csv file and import that into Outlook on your PC. First, make sure your Ocean's address book is synchronized with your
My Helio webmail account
. (If you don't know how to do that yet, check out
Gizmodo's tutorial here
.)
Once your contacts are in your My Helio webmail account, just login and choose Preferences-->Export Address Book. You'll get a .csv with all of your Ocean/My Helio contacts which you can import into Outlook.
