Well that's seems quite need. Sounds like quite a good deal seeing most places don't tend to do that.

Yep, we don't mind doing it, and it's really not much added work on us. The only catch or condition that we really need, we need for the desk to be able to e-mail us. We can't stay logged in and sit there and watch it, that would make us have 40 or 50 internet browsers open and it just wouldn't work decent. We're also working on creating a white label support domain for the users to go to. That way it would be a more centralized environment. Just some ideas
