Now Apple's Intel based system runs both OSX and Windows, the best of both world, would anyone think Apple's hardware sale will jump up?

For sure! Have you seen their latest crops of ads? I think Steve Jobs need to get off his high horse and play nice with with manufacturers and blog sites.

I'd buy a Mac if the prices would drop. I can't afford $2,500 for a computer. I could get an amazing PC for $2,000, but Mac's are better in my opinion, and more secure.

Apple will soon rule the world.. They really ARE getting far more superior. Now, they can do almost everything as a Dell or a Windows.

Price point is still a big issue with them. Until I can get a brand new mac for 500, then it can't compete with Dell. They still need to get gaming companies on board. Really, the gamers help hardware sales so much on PCs since they are the ones constantly upgrading.

The hardware you get with the Dell doesn't even compare to what you get with the Mac though.

I think sales will increase if Apple can reduce its selling price. Having a computer running on Windows and OSX is something to be desired by curent Windows users. I for one would like to have my own Mac unit with acquisition cost as one major consideration.
