Their warranty says they might replace it &quot;with a new or remanufactured product&quot; but they had no problem taking my money for a new product.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[works with third-party apps like endomondo? bluetooth? and it has an android app as well! im suddenly losing interest in jawbones up and their annoying waiting game 

i like the look of the up better than this... but i think this one would be more useful if you can take it apart and just put the tracker in your pocket. 
or even wrap it around your ankle.. im not sure if it would still work like that but it would be nice to be able to have it some place other than your wrist, depends where you are, some places youd be just asking to get mugged flashing one of those things around :D]]></description>
