All of you Firefox junkies out there will be pleased to hear the Firefox 3.1 beta has been released to the public. The good news is this update sports quite a few changes and interesting updates.

The Mozilla software features quite a few changes that need to be pointed out including:

  • Javascript performance has been improved.
  • Geode extension is required for location awareness.
  • Tab switch now has 3D preview function.

One thing that’s notably absent is private browsing. Interesting nonetheless. Well, what are you waiting for? You can go download the public beta right now and see it for yourself. What do you think, folks? Yay or nay? Let us know in the comment section.

Your link to the beta is broken. You can delete this comment when you read it. For everyone else until it is fixed it can be found here, —> http://fileforum.betanews.com/.....32985422/7
