Not sure. The first Final Fantasy was meant to be the final game that the developers who created it were to make, but it became such a huge hit that they kept going and for that I am glad.

Well, I guess that means I can wait even longer before I buy my ps3, 1+ years, im sure they will go through at least 2 price drops by then. Top of the line ps3 for $250 would be nice…
but seriously, this game is taking way to long for release.

Whooooa! Talk about late. There are plenty of games right now and in between the date of release so, no big deal. I haven’t even finished XII yet. For any PS3 RPGers out there I recommend Valkyria Chronicles and FallOut 3 among others. Xbox’ers got plenty.
