		<description><![CDATA[I agree about Internet being a public utility. Problems is even electric and gas companies are out of control, in 15years owing my home utility cost such as gas and electric have increase about 300% all the while gas company had profits of around 14billion dollars! Its is not the government giving guidelines on how they should operate but them controlling our government.


 But yes a nation wide gigabit fiber network would lead to such incredible things we could use it for.]]></description>
