As I’m making the switch to use my T-Mobile USA Galaxy Tab as my primary phone, 911 is the only thing I can’t use right now. I can make phone calls over 3G/Wi-Fi with Skype/Google Voice, but Skype purposely does not include 911. If 911 had texting/live video my problems would be solved! Until then I am saving local emergency numbers individually on my device.
