The problem happens when the application turns out to be one that makes you buy credits, which turn into real money, which show up later without one’s consent. Either she willingly let the kid use her CC or the kid stole it. Either way she should be taking care of the problem, either by explaining to her kid that they are not to buy anything again without asking her first or by grounding them and making them work the money off if the kid stole it.

But no, its easier to hire a lawyer than it is to actually be a parent. Say hello to another little bast*** with no sense of responsibility.
