NEON H bought in 2012 for 6 months now I have been calling / emailing BEN / LEX / SHAWN at Evolve what a joke. There is no customer service whatsoever. If this isn’t resolved this month Oct. 2012. I will be taking legal action. Shipper even wrote USED on the shipping invoice. I was like this must be a mistake? Nope! After checking everything on the NEON H – Mostly used and defective! I was in shock! When I first spoke to BEN he was like I will make this right. I was like GREAT! Lets see it! NOTHING!
