I know our Chris Barr is waiting to get Everex Cloudbook from his Wal-Mart today, but it seems that none of the retailer that supposed to carry the product have them. Everex still shows Feb 15th as the shipping date.
Wal-Mart has not even added Cloudbook to its site, and NewEgg is listing the product under “deactivated item”. The Cloudbook was initially delayed for 16 days – hopefully there won’t be anymore delay.
Many people have been anticipating this Asus EeePC alternative, especially those who wants more storage for the same price range. The Cloudbook will retail for $399 when it hits the stores. Cross my finger for Chris!

here’s a nifty tip, just called my local wal-mart and they said they no longer carry Everex, so, maybe its just my store, or maybe its the entire chain
wal-mart online lists a desktop and 3 notebooks from Everex, none of them being a CloudBook, so, maybe they are just shipping from the Everex factories today, and won’t actually arrive in stores for a bit longer
