I’m pretty damn sure Nokia would’ve had a bigger presence today if they just stuck to pushing/developing Meego Harmattan. Why do you think they only put out the N9 in certain markets (ie: not US)? It’s because Elop knows that the N9 would outsell any WinPhone offering they released..

Right now it is too early to make a judgement how well Nokia sales of windows metro smart phones will go. later this year Nokia will have  the Powerful Apollo class Windows metro smart phones up for sale which will have technology in them as good as the best
Android phones out there. the only Advantages an Iphone will have over it will be Retina display and more Apps. it will take a year and a half before you might hear about Microsoft buying Nokia but My
bet is that Nokia will sell enough windows smart phones to stay afloat because Microsoft is improving the windows smart phone and more People will buy it, try it and like it and tell their friends to get one

If you want to defeat Murtazin, all you have to do is prove him wrong. I mean, what other shcheisty conclusion is there to come to after Elop’s rapid-succession parade of dumb ideas? MS is using Nokia to obfuscate competition through their collective patent holdings, and will kill it off after it proves no longer useful.
