eLocity expands pre-order program for Android-powered A7 tablet

If you are waiting for a tablet running Android to hit the market you probably recall the eLocity A7 that hit pre-order on Amazon not too long ago. That pre-order program on Amazon went so well for eLocity that the company has announced it is expanding the pre-orders to five new online stores.

The five new locations include Sears.com, Newegg.com, PCMall.com, Walmart.com and MicroCenter.com. Pre-orders at all of the locations kicked off yesterday and the ship date is still set as November 22 for the tablet. In case you missed the details the first time around, the A7 runs Android 2.2 Froyo for the OS.

The A7 has a 7-inch screen with multitouch capability and has an NVIDIA Tegra T-250 dual-core processor inside. Other features include 4GB of storage, a microSD card slot supporting up to 32GB of storage, a USB port, and 1080p HDMI output
