Eizo Japan today introduced the FlexScan S2432W-H 24.1-inch LCD monitor for graphic and the like of professional image and video application. The display sports a WUXGA, a natively 1920×1200 resolution Vertical Alignment LCD panel, most likely a S-PVA type for wider viewing angles of 178 degree; as well as first of its class newer DisplayPort terminal.

The Flexscan comes equipped with built-in speakers, headphone jack and a pair of USB 2.0 inputs. Typical Panel response rate is 16ms (B2W) and 6ms (G2G) when uses in video mode. Pairing these along with HDCP complaint DVI-D and DisplyPort, designers can turn this 24.1-inch of screen real estate into a home entertainment display while not at work.

For work and critical application, the Eizo is capable of covering up to 96% of Adobe RGB and 92% of NTSC color space. Images can be displayed at contrast of 1000:1 and brightness level up to 360 cm/m2.

The FlexScan S2432W-H will begin shipping in Japan on December 10th for 94,800 Yen ($955). The cabinet comes in a choice of grey and black.
