CEO of Carrier IQ decided to drop the threat to sue when he found that he was being tracked…by rifle scopes. Now class action suit. Still think Carrier IQ and others of this ilk are not guilty of spying?

Privacy is very important to most of us in the tech world. We don’t want carriers following our every step online or in the real world. . . . Try to sue them in china. In fact, I believe Chinese government might buy Carrier IQ and makes it national gem.

Wow I assumed everyone knew that Google was tracking their every move and every thought, it says so in the TOS. Nobody ever reads those eh?

This article needs some proofreading. I have a hard time taking this author and publication seriously when their content is presenting in such a sloppy manner.

I read about this on the XDA forum yesterday. It’s great news that EFF are stepping in to back them up.
