As for my suggestion that Vista probably wouldn’t be happy (or you happy with it) on a smaller Eee, I was predominantly thinking about the original, 7-inch model. You should be fine with the 901, slightly more cramped screen aside.

I can’t wait to get my hands on one of the little systems however I was really fancying the 901. You say that you wouldn’t recommend running Vista on the smaller system, however what are the reasons are the screen resolution is the same and so are the specs, is it purely the screen size that holds it back?
