Now here’s a great slab of cool – a modern-day chariot of sorts, designed to drag skateboarders, roller-bladers and the generally lazy around thanks to an eco-friendly 360W electric motor.

Winner of the ispo BrandNew Awards 2007, the slickly designed wheel-on-a-stick is 25kg in weight (with a 7kg optional chariot-style trailer) with a top-speed of 20km/h and a range of 15-25km.

Regenerative braking and a charging time of 3-4 hours means you don’t have to be off the road for too long, and eye-like headlights make it suitable for day and night use.
