Remember the droid charge is 299.99 tb is 249.99 and these are single core with less ram
so i think 299.99 is a decent price

I am in the limbo bout the phone, the rumored $299 on contract seems steep. Considering, that similar specced phones from other carriers, are at $199. Especially the MOTO Atrix, you can pick this baby up for $49, yes I know, its a 4 inch screen, instead of 4.3, the difference is barely noticeable IMHO. Considering the Bionics specs are not anything revoultionary, given that matching specs, have been available for some time on other carriers.Like the Tegra2. which is a very powerful SOC, and matches the rumored TI Omap 4430 just fine. Droid3 has the TI Omap 4430, and is on par with the performance of the DX2's Tegra2, other than the D3's 4 inch vs DX2's 4.3 inch size (same res though), the phones are identical for performance factors (based on quadrant ;-p)
