		<description><![CDATA[If you have all of the parts I believe now you need to drill holes in the CD, then drill holes about midway down the can and insert screws in the holes. Drop in the CD so they rest on the screws. Then cut out a hole in the top of the can and mount your fan to the lid. 

He doesn&#039;t actually go through the steps of wiring the USB cord to the fan, so you&#039;re on your own there. But once you have that done, just drop in the ice cubes on top of the CD, put on the lid and plug it in.]]></description>
