Earlier this year we informed you of a new Blu-Ray player from hell coming from Denon that was to have DivX capabilities as well. But the release was delayed and speculation was made.

It has an on board DTS-MA decoder, 7.1 analog outputs but was pushed back for lack of a DivX decoder. Now certification’s been given, DivX is pleased, and Denon is smitten.
It’s coming this month, to the US and Japan, the only question is if you can. Afford the $1999 price tag that’s requested, however it’s an investment that won’t soon be bested.
