Dell have updated their XPS Studio 16 notebook with ATI’s Mobility Radeon HD4670 GPU, complete with 1GB of dedicated graphics memory.  The new option – which is already listed on the company’s US site – replaces the previous HD3670 with 512MB of memory, and can be paired with up to a Core 2 Duo T9600 processor running at 2.8GHz.

Otherwise the Studio 16 remains unchanged, which means you get a 16-inch 1,366 x 768 HD-capable display or a 1080p display, up to 8GB of DDR3 memory and a choice of 500GB 5,400rpm, 320GB 7,200rpm or 128GB SSD storage.  Bluetooth and WiFi draft-n are standard, while a Blu-ray drive is optional.

The Dell XPS Studio 16 range starts from $799, complete with the newly updated graphics card.  That gets you a 2GHz Core 2 Duo CPU, 4GB of RAM and the 1080p display.
