Dell rolled out an update to their Inspiron 13 notebook today in Singapore to little fanfare. However, The new design offers a more rounded look and an LED-backlit display that’s sure to attract some attention.
The notebook update also features a 16:9 display with a 1,366 x 768 resolution. It’s lacking an optical drive, notably, and includes a 2.1GHz Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB RAM and a 320GB hard drive.
Other features include GMA 4500 video. However, you can add on a 2.4GHz processor, a 500GB hard drive and 4GB of RAM, if you wish. We aren’t sure when this revamped Inspiron 13 will hit U.S. shores, but for now it seems a price that falls beneath $799 is likely.
