If you’re looking for a new watch, the Day&Night by Romain Jerome isn’t exactly going to be your first choice. It’s not because it isn’t cool looking. It’s pretty awesome, actually. There’s just one problem. It doesn’t tell time.

In very post-apocalyptic fashion, the Day&Night watch has no display or hands to tell the hours, minutes or seconds. Rather, it can only tell you two things: whether it is day or night.
According to the official website, the watch works by showing:
A new interpretation of Time based around two Tourbillons operating sequentially. The Day Tourbillon operates during the day, defining the wearer’s period of activity, and stops after twelve hours, handing over to the Night Tourbillon dedicated to man’s own private sphere.
Pretty cool, but what if you need to know when it’s time to go on your lunch break? Just knowing it’s “day” isn’t going to cut it.

You left out one piece of information that is kind of critical. Its made from parts of the Titanic. The bezel has a rusted look and that was part of the wreckage. There may be others as well but I cant see shelling out $20,000 for a watch that doesnt tell time, Titanic or no Titanic
