Super Smash Bros on Wii U will use 3DS support

Nintendo feels the most logical way to expand the Super Smash Bros franchise is to have 3DS integration. The company confirmed at last year's E3 conference in June that a new Super Smash Bros title was in development for its upcoming console, the Wii U. But president Satoru Iwata admitted it was only just in the beginning stages of development. As such, there have been virtually no details about the title. Read The Full Story

Microsoft fixes Hotmail password glitch

Microsoft has quashed a glaring bug in its Web-based Hotmail email software that allowed Firefox users to easily reset the password another user's Hotmail account, effectively locking them out of access to their own email. Luckily, it seems like it was a pretty simple fix because it went from being discovered to being patched in just one day. The company went public with the discovery late last week. PlayStation partners with Major League Gaming

Sony's PlayStation division will be partnering with the leader in competitive gaming for a new round of video game battling platform known as the MLG Spring Fighting Arena. Claiming that there are "thousands of dollars on the line," Sony said the PS3 will be the official console used in the new Major League Gaming battle royales. Google releases full FCC Street View report

Google has decided to voluntarily release the results of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) probe into its Street View privacy probe. The governmental organization looked into allegations that the search giant was collecting data from millions of households throughout the country, specifically information about wireless networks. Kinect Joy Ride sequel won’t require Kinect

There will be a sequel to the Kinect launch title Kinect Joy Ride, but get this - it won't be a Kinect game. Perhaps Microsoft realized that gamers don't really want to play a racing game where you can't press a button to accelerate or brake, and you have no precise control over how you turn or move.
