Samsung Legal Department Demands to See iPhone 5 and iPad 3

Well THIS is a wild turn, a wild turn indeed! Samsung and Apple have been at battle for just about forever, this war leading up to the latest street fight in the courtroom. Apple declared their intent to sue Samsung over copyrights that it said were besmirched by Samsung, while Samsung in turn decided it would sue back. Next step was Samsung revealing their battle plan, and UH oh, Apple won early access to Samsung’s phones/tablets! That’s not the half of it. Now we find that Samsung is demanding to get early access to both the iPhone 5 and the iPad 3.

PSN Breach or Not: I Don’t Like Online Gaming Anyway

When Sony’s PlayStation Network service was hacked in April and the company was forced to take it offline until earlier this month, there were many gamers out there that were upset to see it go. AT&T Gets More FCC Questioning About T-Mobile Acquisition

When AT&T first submitted its pitch to the FCC on why it needed to buy T-Mobile, they're general theme was that it would be better for customers. They claimed that their current network would not be able to sustain the impending influx of smartphone data traffic and that the acquisition of T-Mobile would boost network coverage and build-out. T-Mobile G2x Internal Issues And Resolutions Document Leaked

Over the last few days, there's been some ruckus about the T-Mobile G2x being pulled from the carrier's online store. Although T-Mobile explained the temporary disappearance on inventory constraints, that didn't stop speculation about quality issues having to do with it. The latest podcast from Kojima Productions has a segment where Hideo Kojima (creator of the Metal Gear Solid series and all around awesome guy) answers some simple yes and no questions. While the answers are short, the information is rather important! You can listen to the whole podcast here. Hideo gets interviewed at the 33:09 mark. ASUS Eee Pad Transformer To Get Android 3.1 Honeycomb OTA Next Week

We recently said that the Android 3.1 Honeycomb update would be coming to the ASUS Eee Pad Transformer and the Acer Iconia Tab A500 starting in June. Despite the seeming abundance of iPad 2s in Apple Stores around the country thanks to the recent 2.0 revamp, the tablet is still struggling through supply issues. iPad 2 supplies around the globe have not been able to meet demand, with current ship times here in the states still at about one to two weeks. AMD “Desna” Chips For Tablets? Roadmap Leaked

Early last month we talked about AMD possibly heading into the tablet market, with announcements brewing up as Computex 2011 approaches. Well, it looks to be the case now that a massive multi-page company roadmap for AMD has been leaked. Currently, the company has its C-30 and C-50 chips aimed at the notebooks market that includes an iterated AMD Radeon graphics core capable of handling 3D graphics acceleration and 1080p video playback. Are We Really Ready For A PS4?

It was a no brainer that Sony was already working on their next gen console, but it's nice to see it go from rumor to official. If you haven't heard, Sony had an investment meeting yesterday that confirmed the news. ASUS ‘Padfone’ Trademark Applied For Upcoming Tablet/Phone Combo

With the success of the ASUS Eee Pad Transformer, the Taiwanese company is getting quite a lot of attention and excitement going for its next crop of mobile devices. For the upcoming Computex 2011 trade show, ASUS released a few teaser images to have us guessing.
