You may not have heard much about Google Wallet, but it could have a very big impact on your future. It's also one of the most exciting announcements to come from Google. Even though you might guess Google Wallet helps you search for things in your actual wallet, you'd be quite wrong. If Google has their way, their Wallet would allow you to pay for almost anything by using your mobile phone. No sliding cards, no waiting for checks to clear, just a quick and easy way to transfer money. We'll let you know how this would actually take place, right after the break!

No MGS5 at E3!

The latest podcast from Kojima Productions has a segment where Hideo Kojima (creator of the Metal Gear Solid series and all around awesome guy) answers some simple yes and no questions. While the answers are short, the information is rather important! You can listen to the whole podcast here. Hideo gets interviewed at the 33:09 mark. Fair warning, it's in Japanese, but listen to it anyway. The interviewer's voice is hilarious and Hideo replies as fast as he can. Full translation after the break!

AMD “Desna” Chips For Tablets? Roadmap Leaked

Early last month we talked about AMD possibly heading into the tablet market, with announcements brewing up as Computex 2011 approaches. Well, it looks to be the case now that a massive multi-page company roadmap for AMD has been leaked. Currently, the company has its C-30 and C-50 chips aimed at the notebooks market that includes an iterated AMD Radeon graphics core capable of handling 3D graphics acceleration and 1080p video playback.

It was a no brainer that Sony was already working on their next gen console, but it's nice to see it go from rumor to official. If you haven't heard, Sony had an investment meeting yesterday that confirmed the news. With Nintendo planning to announce their next gen console at E3, and Microsoft asking for next gen engineers back it March, it's nice to see Sony drop some hints. So it looks like the next generation of consoles is coming sooner rather than later. Should we be excited?

Nokia To Release A Windows Phone Every Two Months?

Microsoft recently unveiled its Windows Phone 7.1 Mango update and revealed the manufacturers that will be on board to pump out the next-generation of Windows Phones. Noticeably not mentioned as much was Nokia, who has a unique relationship with Microsoft that may give them more privileges than the other phone makers. However, when exactly Nokia plans to actually exercise those privileges is still not certain, although we now hear that when they do, they intend to crank out a lot of phones and fast.
