CyberPower announces new line of Power Video HD workstation PCs

CyberPower has announced that they are launching their new Power Video series of PCs that will include the XE, XT and XL models. These PCs are eared towards editors, students and professionals who work with HD vide. These powerful PCs offer either a NVIDIA or AMD graphics card and ram capabilities of 4GB, 8GB or 16GB.

Each of these PCs can be outfitted with SATA II hard drives or Blu-ray disk burners of your choice. Each model includes a FireWire port, USB ports, a multi-card reader and dual-layer DVD burners. In order to keep internal temperatures down CyberPower equipped each workstation PC with a liquid CPU cooling system by Asetek.

The base models will include a quad-core 2.4GHz Core 2 Quad, NVIDIA 750i SLI main board, 4GB of RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 9800GT graphics card with 512MB of memory, 500GB hard disk drive along with an integrated 5.1-channel sound card. These machines will run Windows Vista Home Premium. The mid-range Power Video XT has a quad-core, 2.83GHz Intel CPU, P45 main board, 8GB of RAM along with an ATI Radeon HD 4850 SATA II video card with a dedicated 512MB of dedicated memory.

The high-end Power Video XL series includes a 2.93GHz Core i7 with 12GB of RAM, Intel X58 main board with SLI/CrossFireX support, ATI's Radeon HD 4870 SATA II card with 512MB of dedicated memory, two 1TB SATA II hard drives and a compact 2.5-inch 64GB solid state disk. You can pick up any of these workstations right now with XE prices starting at $985, XT at $1,675 and XI priced from $2,719.
