Crosley CR6002A Revolution turntable looks nothing like a normal record player

When I was a kid, my mom had a huge collection of vinyl records that she played on a big old record player. Today we all listen to digital tracks for the most part or CDs, but they are still some that like to listen to vinyl. If you are one of the vinyl lovers and have been looking for a new portable turntable Crosley has an interesting offering.

The player is called the Crosley Revolution CR6002A. The thing looks nothing like that record player that my mom had as a kid. It reminds me of something that would have been inside an old Jukebox. The edges of the record look to be hovering over the center of the player and are exposed. The turntable is belt driven.

It has USB connectivity for connecting to a computer and has software that will allow you to turn those vinyl records into digital tracks. The Revolution has 33 1/3 and 45 rpm speeds and an integrated FM transmitter. Full range dynamic stereo speakers are integrated into the device as well. It sells for $149.99 and will be offered in several colors. you cna see a video of the turntable here, sadly embedding is blocked using Vimeo Plus.
