Had the next one down from the “Z”, the Sony’s are nice, but the bloated software, and proprietary hardware, and software is just….a JOKE, some guys complaining about Apples’ DVI-HDMI deal, thats nothing compared to the way Sony does business, Now I am on a 17″ MacBook Pro, and heres the thing….any website worthy their salt is trying to get one, or comparing to one, either way, there will be a MacPro to set the “benchMark”. Its like the iphone 4, from what i read from people, the only “haters” of Iphones are the ones that; Don’t Have one, Dad wont buy them one, and the biggest (lol no kidding I see it ) AT&T either “sucks” or more commonly, they don’t have service out here. The latter has changes a little bit due to Verizon selling the “old” stock…

Nice move…I challenge anyone to find a device with similar battery time, CPU and graphics performance and display. Unfortunately, the adapter stuff for video out is quite annoying…and it could use one more USB port..

And its a pity that the Linux support is not quite there yet, I’m using two binary only drivers and alsa sound is still noisy. :-/
