Community season 6 trailer debuts on Yahoo Screen

It's been a rough road for the TV series Community. The show was cancelled for the second time after its fifth season last year. Luckily the show has proved to be impervious to cancellation and has always found a way to bounce back from the brink of demise. Now, we finally get a sixth season of Community! Thankfully, Yahoo stepped in at the last minute to save Community. They bought up the show and will release it exclusively on their website and streaming platform Yahoo Screen.

Yahoo is announcing the show's move as "Community: Age of Yahoo." so of course the trailer is a parody. It's done Avengers: Age of Ultron style. The trailer gives us a sneak peek at more changes for the Community cast. It was reported that Yvette Nicole Brown has left the series to spend time with her father who is unwell. It looks like Paget Brewster of Criminal Minds fame will take the role of the New Shirley, and Jason Mantzoukas from FX's The League will guest star as well.

For those of you that are still enjoying your TV shows on old school network television, now it's time to join the league of online video streaming services. After all, Yahoo is going to be the only way to get your Community fix, at least until a possible movie.

Community season 6 debuts on Yahoo Screen March 17th, 2015. If you can't wait that long for comic relief, check out the other Yahoo Screens exclusive comedies Ghost Ghirls and Burning Love. Let's savour this season of Community, because there is no word whether we'll get a season seven.
