You know your product is a hit when Target wants to carry it. Well, that may be something of an overstatement, but it’s still pretty big news that they want to carry the Apple TV.
Target isn’t exactly known for their wide selection of computers; in fact, I don’t ever remember seeing a single computer in any of the Target stores near me. So you know that Apple did something right when they released the Apple TV. Now they will be able to reach customers that don’t generally venture into electronics stores like Best Buy and CompUSA.
Apparently Target will be displaying them in a similar fashion to the Apple Stores with a full demonstration unit attached to a widescreen HDTV.
