There are mountains of alternative browsers that can change the user-agent.

And Flash is not supported in the browser named in this article, and it’s being phased out by both Google and Adobe from the mobile landscape. So it’s not a valid argument.

Webkit is the name of the layout engine mainly developed by Apple that powers Google Chrome and Safari, among others. It’s not the name of the browser in Android, that browser has no name. Please rectify that in the article…

Name me a single “limitation” of iOS. Name me something that you can do with an unrooted Android phone that you can’t do with an unjailbroken iPhone.

I wonder, are Google gonna keep Chrome-Mobile an Android exclusive, or are they planning to have a version for iOS as well? Google and Apple might be competing, but Google knows a large amount of its search traffic comes from iDevice users.

Yea, another switch to Apple hollow threat. Android is great, I would never trade my gingerbread phone for the limitations of the Apple OS, let alone my new ICS phone. If you don’t appreciate Android than you should have went with Apple to begin with, and you wouldn’t have had to waste your time posting in comments sections about it.

This whole, lets blame the OS when its really the carrier/manufacturers fault is getting a little ridiculous. ICS is out there now, you can freaking download it, its not like Android/Google is holding you back.

It is indeed as awesome as they make it sound. text is clean, touch controls are intuitive and will almost guarantee you don’t fat finger links.
